Omnichannel Marketing for one of New York City's leading hospitals
Montefiore Medical Center bears a worthy mission: to offer healthcare as an implicit right. There is no tiered medicine here, and they don’t turn anyone away. Montefiore believes in balancing the inequality of healthcare caring for the most underserved community in the Bronx. We created an omnichannel marketing plan to help them reach their audience more effectively.
With 100% of donations going directly to serve the needs and care of their patients, our goal was to bring greater attention to their efforts and gain more engagement and committed donors via a comprehensive communications effort both for print and digital media. Our goal was to create a cohesive invitation look and feel for all events and craft both email and print templates for Montefiore to bring the production in-house.
We created a new quarterly magazine, multi-template email program and event invitation system that cohesively highlights Montefiore’s mission. All decisions regarding frequency of mailing, segmentation and message were strategically crafted. We partnered with the Office of Development to create a luxury invitation for their Gala – the most prestigious annual fundraising event. Our goal was to increase attendance while raising awareness and funds to support the hospital.
Increased donor support for a community in need
All solutions created a cohesive presence from online to offline and across all media. The Montefiore Gala raised $22.2 million in donations to help support the Departments of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Surgery. We are proud to report Montefiore in Florida’s 2017 event included over 100 more attendees and raised 329% more than previous years.

Proactive Print
Medical excellence + scientific innovation + social responsibility
A new invitation template for all Montefiore events allows for a cohesive look across different departments and helps unifies the Montefiore brand. A collection of Montefiore brochures and patient care cards evoke empathy and inspire action.
