Montefiore Medical Center bears a worthy mission: to offer healthcare as an implicit right. There is no tiered medicine here, and they don’t turn anyone away. Montefiore believes in balancing the inequality of healthcare caring for the most underserved community in the Bronx. We created an omnichannel marketing plan to help them reach their audience more effectively.
With 100% of donations going directly to serve the needs and care of their patients, our goal was to bring greater attention to their efforts and gain more engagement and committed donors via a comprehensive communications effort both for print and digital media.
Medical excellence + scientific innovation + social responsibility
We created a new quarterly magazine, multi-template email program and event invitation system that cohesively highlights Montefiore’s mission. All decisions regarding frequency of mailing, segmentation and message were strategically crafted.
Luxury invitations for a black tie affair
We partnered with the Office of Development to create a luxury invitation for their 2016 Gala – the most prestigious annual fundraising event. Our goal was to increase attendance while raising awareness and funds to support the hospital. Montefiore raised $22.2 million in donations to help support the Departments of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Surgery.
The cards and belly band included a soft-touch coating and a spot UV, highlighting the dotted pattern throughout the different pieces. The collection included a Save the Date, a formal invite and RSVP cards with cooresponding envelopes.
