Targeted digital campaigns for holiday sales
To increase traffic to the website of Bailey Banks & Biddle, a national chain of jewellers.
Hagopian Ink recommended and developed swift design changes including time-sensitive, targeted email campaigns and a custom holiday Facebook tab to help drive traffic back to their main website. The goals were to strengthen communication with consumers, boost holiday sales and help the company to raise its social media profile and relevance.
Both Facebook organic traffic and sales significantly increased with a “25 Dazzling Gifts” campaign, with daily recommended gift ideas for him/her, free shipping, gift-wrap and gift card promotions, contests and other special offers. Facebook engagement in the form of ‘likes’ saw a significant spike during the period, and Bailey Banks & Biddle was able to extend its reach with the highly-sought-after 18–34-year-old female target market.
